Hello, my name is Robert Cavanaugh owner and chief inspector of Capital Inspections of Illinois, INC. I am an Illinois licensed Home Inspector with over 15 years’ experience.
I have performed thousands of residential and commercial inspections. I also have 25 years in construction experience which allows me the invaluable ability to identify and explain all areas of concerns found during the inspections and address any questions my clients might have.
