Our home inspections are a complete and
comparative survey of the property. We take
pride in educating our clients on the residentia
l property they are looking to purchase. During
the inspection proses we identify and document
the areas of concerns that we find. Part of the
documentation process is a written statement
along with digital picture. We strongly
recommend your clients be spent so we can
explain any maintained and/or repair problems the property we might come across during the inspection. Family members and any other persons the client would like to attend the inspection are always welcome. However, we have many inspections where the client are not able to attend and our reports are comprehensive enough that still educate our client to be able to make an informed decision.
